GET STARTED!

Day in the Life Of (DILO) presentation graphically illustrates and dramatizes the differences between an organization’s current state and a future state where a new process, system, or capability has been put in place, enabling stakeholders to envision the value of investing in this change.

Through the use of fictionalized but realistic people, organizations, narrative, dialog, business assets, etc we can:

  • Introduce our audience to the opportunity or challenge to be resolved in the future,
  • Suggest the ways in which the proposed changes would interact with and enhance existing processes, systems, or capabilities, and
  • Summarize the benefits of investing in and prioritizing the proposed changes.

DILOs engage audiences by telling stories about characters who seem familiar and with whom the audience can empathize.  They put the audience in scenarios that, if not familiar, are at least relatable, and so can be extremely effective with both internal stakeholders and external audiences, e.g. as trade show exhibitsmarketing and sales collateralweb page contentrewards for registration, etc.

They do not have to be complicated or expensive to produce.  As with early puppet shows, stage plays, architectural building walk-throughs, pitch decks, motion pictures, and other media, a compelling story is the main ingredient needed for success.

Let’s help your stakeholders and prospects imagine and appreciate the value of solutions you can create aligning and convincing decision-makers to take action!
